iheartfaces | On Your Feet

I call this the Yao Ming pose. It's my favorite way to capture Samuel now that he's pushing six feet tall and his foot has sprouted to a size 13 shoe.  Despite his menacing stance, he's actually a very nice young man. I demonstrate his kindness here with my motherly, unfailing trust!  (See?  He's really not going to stomp my lens!)

Football season has morphed into basketball games.  Shooting hoops in the driveway is his favorite place to be.

Oh my goodness--I can't even picture my boys this tall, yet I know it's only a few years away. Where does one even buy size 13 shoes? :)

Ha ha, this made me giggle! I agree, cool perspective, but I also really like how you framed it to tell a story. Awesome :-) And the b&w conversion, really helps me focus on his foot (and its' size).
